COVID19: Mental Health is also as Important as Physical Health

Hello folks, it's been quite a while since I posted anything new on the blog. With the global outbreak, lockdown, and isolation, it's this moment when we pump the brakes on our very fast-paced lives. It's a whole new realm of challenges for all of us.

Mental health is also as important as physical health, so let us try to think positively and develop a more optimistic outlook about our future. If you're easily get affected related to COVID19 news (with the rising cases and death toll, unemployment crisis, rapid misinformation, fake cures, and the spread of conspiracy theories) and so anxiety and depression creep in! If possible, cut off the news and distance yourself from social media, too! Find some positive things to focus on like hobbies, entertainment, or prayer and meditation to distract or get rid of your negative thoughts and worries. Remember things have a way of working themselves out.

As you probably all know by now, the official guide and the best way to fight COVID-19 is to observe social distancing, wearing masks, and hand washing. We have to adapt these "new normal" into our everyday life until we have a SAFE VACCINE (God knows when).

Let's do our part for everyone's safety. Let's spread kindness and compassion as well, and let's put a stop to hate and racism! Wherever you are in the world, I hope everything is going well for you and your family!😊💖

Toodles, until next time,
